Products are stored in temperature-controlled warehouses (capacity: 1,500 tons) with continuous monitoring of humidity and hygiene levels.
2. Logistics & Distribution
Our logistics system includes two strategically located distribution centers and a dedicated fleet, reducing delivery time and maintaining product integrity during transit.
All transport vehicles are equipped to handle refrigerated goods and meet international food safety standards.
Coordination between production and delivery teams ensures on-time dispatch and minimized delays.
3. Export & Customs Compliance
We hold official accreditation for exports to the People’s Republic of China and other international markets.
All export documentation, certifications, and veterinary controls are handled in compliance with Russian and international regulatory requirements.
Our team ensures accurate declarations, proper labeling, and adherence to sanitary inspection standards required by the destination country.
4. Partner Responsibilities

As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following refund policy for our international clients, including those who transact using cryptocurrency.
1. General Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the event of product quality issues, order discrepancies, or confirmed failures in logistics caused by our operations.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, temperature logs, customs reports).
Approved refunds are issued only after internal investigation and verification by our quality assurance and logistics teams.
2. Cryptocurrency Payments
For orders paid in Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether (USDT), refunds will be processed in USDT equivalent at the current exchange rate at the time the refund is approved (not the time of original purchase), subject to transaction fees.
Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency markets, we do not guarantee refunds in the exact crypto amount received.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after claim approval, depending on the blockchain network's transaction speed and compliance verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Product damage resulting from improper handling or storage by the buyer or third-party freight forwarders after delivery.
Delays caused by customs clearance or third-party logistics providers outside of our control.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political restrictions, shipping bans).
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Refunds processed via bank transfer (for fiat payments) or crypto wallet (for crypto payments) will require accurate beneficiary details.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute regarding the validity of a refund claim, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached within 15 business days, the matter may be escalated according to the terms of the governing contract or international trade law.

At Volovskiy Broiler LLC, we prioritize quality, consistency, and transparency in every transaction. Due to the nature of our perishable goods and the complexities of international logistics, the following policies apply to all orders placed with us.
1. Order Cancellation
Pre-Shipment Cancellations:
Clients may request to cancel an order before shipment dispatch. A cancellation request must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our sales or logistics team.Orders cancelled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or banking/crypto transaction fees.
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be made in USDT equivalent at the current market rate upon approval.
Post-Shipment Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our facility, due to the perishable nature of poultry products and international transport restrictions.
2. Returns
Return Eligibility:
Due to the perishable nature of our chicken and chicken parts, returns are not accepted unless the product is proven to be defective, contaminated, or delivered in error (e.g., wrong product type, quantity mismatch).All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product receipt, supported by clear evidence (photos, shipping documents, etc.).
Products must be unopened, temperature-compromised goods cannot be returned unless caused by shipping failure under our responsibility.
Return Shipping:
In the rare event that a return is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging appropriate refrigerated transport unless otherwise agreed. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Volovskiy Broiler LLC only if the fault lies with our operations.
3. Exchanges
Product Exchanges:
Exchanges are only possible when the wrong item was shipped due to our internal error.
In such cases, Volovskiy Broiler LLC will coordinate a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the client.
4. Limitations
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted in cases of:
Delay due to customs clearance or third-party logistics outside our control.
Improper storage or handling of the product after delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the client.
