Packaging:
All products are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain the required frozen temperature during transit.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned and may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Note:
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as frozen products are perishable and require immediate refrigeration.

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on frozen meat items once delivered, except under the following conditions:

The product is spoiled or damaged upon delivery.

The wrong item was delivered.

Your package did not arrive (lost in transit).

To request a refund:

Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 2 business days.

Non-refundable circumstances include:

Customer not available at time of delivery.

Incorrect address provided.
