• Pre-Shipment Cancellations
  Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before dispatch. Beyond this cut-off, orders proceed and cancellation transitions into return policy process.

• Post-Dispatch Returns
  Acceptable only for quality or safety issues identified within 48 hours post-delivery. Buyers must request a Return Authorization (RA) and follow Rivelli’s guidance to return products under cold-chain compliance.

• Return Procedure

  • RA requested within 48 hours

  • Products must be returned in original, sealed packaging under exact temperature conditions

  • Inspection occurs upon return

• Exchanges & Replacements

  • If defects are confirmed, Rivelli ships replacements—buyer pays outbound freight for non-defective exchanges

  • For defective returns, outbound replacements are at Rivelli's cost

• Refunds on Returns
  Processed within 14 business days upon successful inspection; credited back to original payment method.

• Non-Returnable Goods
  Processed or customized products, repackaged items, or goods altered by the buyer are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔹 Traditional Methods:

• Bank Wire Transfers (SWIFT/MT103)

• Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC)

• LC Drafts (Usance or Sight)

• Standard Terms:

  • 30% deposit upon FCO acceptance

  • 70% balance against B/L and shipping document submission

🔹 Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Acceptance:

To ease transactions in restricted markets (e.g., sanctioned regions or tariff-heavy destinations), crypto is accepted under a secure protocol:

• Currency Reference: Pricing quoted in USD or BRL. BTC amount based on the spot exchange rate at invoicing.

• Execution: Crypto payments are made through a secure custodial payment gateway with on-chain tracking.

• Payment Trigger: Final payment becomes due upon release of scanned shipping documents (B/L, COO, etc.)

• Confirmation & Conversion: Crypto is converted to fiat and settled within 1–2 business days.

• Receipts: Customer receives full payment receipt and invoice marked "Settled via BTC."

🔹 EX-WORKS Discount:

Buyers choosing EX-WORKS terms may receive up to US $100/MT discount. This applies to both crypto and fiat payments.
