Agrosul Agroavícola Industrial S/A exports frozen chicken and other poultry products worldwide, with a focus on China, Russia, and Turkey. Our shipping policies are designed to guarantee product quality and timely delivery while complying with all international trade and customs requirements.
Global Shipping: We ship globally with established logistics partners capable of maintaining strict cold chain integrity from our processing plants to destination ports.
Packaging: Products are packed using industry-standard insulated materials and temperature-controlled containers to maintain frozen conditions throughout transit.
Lead Time: Standard lead times vary depending on order volume and destination but typically range from 10 to 30 days from order confirmation to delivery.
Customs & Documentation: We provide all necessary export documentation, including health certificates, origin certificates, and any country-specific paperwork such as Halal certification for markets requiring it.
Shipping Terms: Shipping terms are based on customer agreements, including FOB, CIF, or EX-WORKS. Buyers opting for EX-WORKS terms may qualify for discounts.
Tracking: Shipment tracking information is shared promptly upon dispatch, allowing customers to monitor transit progress and estimated arrival.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of frozen food products and international shipping, Agrosul Agroavícola Industrial S/A maintains a clear and fair refund policy aimed at balancing customer protection and operational feasibility.
Eligibility: Refunds are considered only for confirmed cases of product damage, spoilage, or non-conformity verified upon receipt by the buyer.
Claims Procedure: Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of product receipt, providing photographic evidence and relevant documentation.
Inspection: Returned product samples may be required for inspection by an independent third-party laboratory to verify claims.
Resolution: Once a claim is validated, refunds or product replacements will be issued promptly. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases: Claims related to transit delays, customs clearance issues, or product rejection due to local regulations or buyer’s failure to meet storage requirements are not eligible for refunds.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from refund claims are handled through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration as per contractual terms.

Agrosul Agroavícola Industrial S/A strives to accommodate reasonable customer requests for cancellations, returns, and exchanges within the limitations imposed by the perishable nature of frozen meat products and international shipping logistics.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, cancellations may be subject to fees or forfeiture of deposits depending on the production stage.
Returns: Due to the frozen and perishable nature of products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is documented proof of product quality issues attributable to the company.
Exchanges: Product exchanges are considered only for confirmed quality defects and are subject to prior approval. Exchanges will be coordinated with shipping of replacement products once the original issue is verified.
Restocking Fees: If applicable, restocking fees may be charged on canceled or returned orders beyond the free cancellation window.
Communication: All cancellation, return, or exchange requests must be submitted in writing to customer service with full supporting details to initiate review.
Force Majeure: The company is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, trade restrictions, or customs delays.
