Traditional Methods
Payments accepted: bank wire transfers (SWIFT/MT103), Letters of Credit (irrevocable, confirmed), and LC drafts. Standard terms include 30% deposit upon FCO acceptance and balance payment against B/L submission.
Bitcoin Acceptance
We now accepts Bitcoin under the following protocol:
Price Benchmarking: Pricing remains in USD or BRL; BTC equivalent uses spot rate at invoice.
Payment Timing: Balance becomes payable once scanned shipping documents are issued.
Crypto Gateway: Customers use our custodian-integrated crypto portal. After confirming rate, address, and amount, payment is executed.
Confirmation & Settlement: Funds are verified on-chain, then converted and settled with our accounts. Received within 1–2 business days.
Receipt & Compliance: Customer receives receipt and payment confirmation. Invoice updated to reflect BTC transaction.
EX-WORKS Discount
Buyers who opt for EX-WORKS may receive up to a US $100/MT discount, applicable to both fiat and crypto payments .

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Returns:Allowed only for shipments arriving damaged or non-compliant. Must notify within 48 hours.
CCAA issues Return Authorization (RA) and arranges return shipping via temperature-controlled logistics.
Exchanges:For agreed replacements, CCAA ships equivalent product at no extra outbound cost. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless defect is on CCAA's part.
Inspection & Finalization
Returned items must maintain cold chain with sealed packing. Upon arrival and inspection, CCAA issues replacement or refund within 14 business days.Non-Returnable Situations
Non-perishables may be exchanged case-by-case. Customized or order-specific products cannot be returned.
For China, Russia, Turkey shipments, ensure all relevant import permits, customs documentation, traceability certifications, and temperature logs are prepared and provided prior to shipment.
