Each product undergoes rigorous internal testing for microbiological, chemical, and physical parameters before release.


2. Product Handling & Freezing Standards

  • All products are blast frozen at −35°C and stored at −18°C or lower.

  • Core product temperature is maintained at −18°C from production to delivery.

  • Strict cold chain integrity is observed through automated temperature logging and GPS-monitored logistics.

  • All processing equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to a daily sanitation plan.


3. Labeling & Traceability

  • Each product is labeled with:

    • Product name and cut

    • Slaughter date and production date

    • Freezing and expiry dates

    • Origin (animal species, country)

    • Certification marks (Halal, SIF, ISO, etc.)

  • Our internal system provides full traceability from livestock origin to final export documentation.


4. Animal Welfare & Ethical Sourcing

  • All animals are sourced from certified farms with documented humane slaughter practices.

  • We do not engage in or support any suppliers that use antibiotics or hormones outside regulatory limits.

  • Halal and SIF requirements are strictly followed for specific markets.


5. Export Compliance

  • We ensure full compliance with the veterinary, customs, and import regulations of:

    • China (GACC)

    • South Africa (DAFF)

    • Cuba

    • Middle Eastern markets (GSO/GCC)

    • EU (TRACES), as applicable

  • Export documents include health certificates, certificates of origin, Halal certificates, lab test reports, and veterinary inspection results.


6. Customer Satisfaction & Complaint Handling

  • We maintain a formal procedure for handling client complaints and claims within 48 hours.

  • All issues related to product quality, weight loss, damage, or delays are logged and resolved through corrective action reports.

  • Replacement or refund policies are evaluated case-by-case based on product traceability data.


7. Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility

  • All packaging materials used are recyclable or biodegradable where possible.

  • We operate with energy-efficient freezing systems and invest in green logistics practices.

  • Food waste is minimized through optimized portioning and reuse in animal feed where safe and legal.


8. Logistics & Delivery

  • Products are shipped via reefer containers, trucks, or rail wagons with real-time tracking.

  • Cold chain audits are conducted monthly to ensure consistency across national and international shipments.

  • Export partners and freight forwarders are vetted and certified to handle frozen food products.


9. Employee Training & Hygiene

  • Staff involved in processing, packaging, and cold storage operations receive:

    • Annual food safety and hygiene training

    • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) enforcement

    • Regular health checks and facility sanitation reviews


10. Review & Updates

  • This policy is reviewed every 6 months by the Quality Assurance & Compliance Department.
