Our policy ensures that every product meets strict quality assurance benchmarks and complies with international trade regulations.

1. Cold Chain Integrity

  • All products are frozen and stored under strict temperature-controlled conditions from processing through delivery.

  • We adhere to HACCP and SPS (Sanitary and Phytosanitary) protocols to maintain product safety throughout transit.

2. Product Handling and Traceability

  • Every batch is traceable to the origin processing plant, with full documentation provided for veterinary and customs clearance.

  • Products are labeled in compliance with the destination country’s language and regulatory standards.

3. Export Documentation

  • We provide all necessary export documents: veterinary certificates, packing lists, temperature logs, invoices, and customs declarations.

  • For destinations such as the U.S., China, or EU, we ensure documentation complies with local import laws and health certifications.

4. Communication and Logistics

  • Clients receive a pre-shipment notice with shipment specs, tracking details, and delivery schedules.

  • Delays caused by port or customs issues are communicated transparently with estimated revised delivery dates.

5. Partner Expectations

  • Buyers must ensure prompt communication regarding storage readiness at the destination.

  • Temperature monitoring upon arrival is required to validate any claim of spoilage or damage.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our exported frozen meat products. However, we recognize that on rare occasions, refund requests may arise. This policy governs refund eligibility and procedures.

1. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Delivered product was spoiled or did not meet agreed specifications due to fault on our side.

  • Packaging was compromised or temperature conditions were violated before product was released from the carrier at the buyer’s port.

  • Incorrect product type or quantity shipped.

2. Refund Request Procedure

  • Submit a formal refund request within 3 business days of receiving the goods.

  • Include supporting evidence (photos of product and temperature logs, shipping documents, inspection reports).

  • Our Quality Assurance team will investigate and issue a written decision within 7 business days.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

  • For payments made via Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether (USDT), refunds will be processed in USDT equivalent, based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is approved, not the purchase date.

  • Blockchain network transaction fees will be deducted from the refund total.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a mutually agreed alternative if documented.

  • No cash or third-party refunds will be processed.

5. Ineligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Damage caused after receipt, due to improper storage or handling.

  • Delays caused by customs, import clearance, or third-party logistics.

  • Product rejections unrelated to quality or documentation errors.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that buyers may occasionally need to modify their orders. However, due to the nature of international frozen meat logistics and perishable goods, our policy is designed to minimize disruption while ensuring product integrity.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled with written notice at least 48 hours before scheduled dispatch. No penalty applies unless custom labeling, export documentation, or packaging has already been finalized.

  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once the container is loaded and sealed for international shipment.

2. Returns

  • Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances.

  • Exceptions apply only if the goods are:

    • Proven to be defective or spoiled upon arrival,

    • Shipped in error (wrong product, quantity, or labeling), and

    • Reported within 24 hours of delivery with sufficient evidence.

3. Exchanges

  • If an incorrect item or quantity was shipped due to our internal error, we will offer:

    • A corrective shipment on the next available export cycle, at no extra cost, or

    • A refund for the specific missing/incorrect product.

4. Return Logistics (if approved)

  • In rare return-approved cases, the buyer must ensure proper frozen shipping back to our designated inspection facility.

  • All return shipments must be approved in writing and accompanied by an authorized return goods document.

5. Force Majeure Clause

  • Orders affected by war, sanctions, port closures, pandemics, or acts of nature will be rescheduled rather than cancelled, wherever possible. Refunds in these cases will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
