Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure freshness, proper freezing, and absence of contaminants.

Products are labeled clearly with production date, expiry date, storage instructions, and batch numbers for full traceability.

2. Food Safety & Hygiene
Our facilities are maintained in strict compliance with sanitary regulations.

Employees handling food are trained regularly in hygiene practices and personal safety protocols.

Temperature logs are maintained during storage and transportation to ensure products remain frozen at or below –18°C.

3. Packaging & Labeling
All meat products are vacuum-sealed or packed in food-grade materials designed to preserve quality during storage and shipping.

Packaging includes legally required information: product type, weight, ingredients (if processed), origin, and storage instructions.

4. Shipping & Transportation
Frozen products are shipped using temperature-controlled logistics services to ensure a consistent cold chain from warehouse to client.

Delivery schedules are coordinated with clients in advance. Any delays or disruptions in logistics are communicated proactively.

Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of frozen meat, returns are only accepted for quality-related issues (e.g. damage during transport, incorrect product, or contamination).

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and order details.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, credit note, or refund as per customer preference.

6. Storage Guidelines
Customers must store all frozen products at or below –18°C.

Thawed or improperly stored items cannot be returned or refunded.

We provide detailed handling and thawing instructions to maintain product safety and flavor.

7. Compliance & Certification
Our operations comply with veterinary, sanitary, and export/import regulations as applicable.

Products may be certified Halal or Kosher upon request, subject to availability.

Documentation (veterinary certificates, product specifications, etc.) is available upon request for wholesale and export clients.

8. Customer Support
