Bitcoin Payments

• Pricing: Quoted in USD or BRL; BTC equivalent based on real-time spot rate

• Timing: Balance due once scanned shipping documents are issued

• Process: Payment via secure, custodian-integrated crypto portal

• Settlement: Funds verified on-chain, converted if needed, and settled within 1–2 business days

• Documentation: Digital receipt and invoice updated to reflect BTC transaction

Shipping Policy

• Global Export Reach
  C.Vale exports to over 150 countries, including key markets in China, Russia, and Turkey, supplying poultry, fish, pork, dairy, grain, and starch products.

• Product Range & Packaging
  We ship frozen chicken, pork, beef, and tilapia in refrigerated containers or air freight. Packaging uses insulative materials and includes traceability features, temperature logs, and safety seals.

• Logistics & Carriers
  We partner with top-tier refrigerated freight providers (e.g., Maersk, MSC, specialized air carriers) to maintain cold-chain integrity and meet both Brazilian and destination-country sanitary standards.

• Delivery Schedules

  • Frozen meat to China, Russia, Turkey: 7–14 business days (dependent on customs clearance).

  • Dairy and starch products: 5–10 business days under expedited cold-chain transit.

• Customs & Duties
  Export prices exclude import duties, VAT, or tariffs. Buyers are responsible for local clearance, taxes, and costs.

• Loss or Damage Claims
  All shipments are insured. In case of loss or damage, we support claim processing and can provide replacements or refunds after cargo inspections.
