We currently ship to all major cities and towns within Russia. Please check availability for your location at checkout.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Packaging:
All products are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain the required frozen temperature during transit.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned and may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Note:
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as frozen products are perishable and require immediate refrigeration.

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on frozen meat items once delivered, except under the following conditions:

Your package did not arrive (lost in transit).
